The hotel does not hold up to 4 stars. The room does not have bathrobes and slippers. The wallpaper is shabby, with spots. There are also a lot of spots on the carpet. At first glance - everything is fine, but when you start looking, the joy passes. But we have to pay tribute: the staff is very polite, they are trying to help but do not speak Russian
