"Personal" mountain of the inhabitants of Bern, Gurten rises slightly in the distance from the Old Town, south of the Swiss capital. How to get there
On the slopes of Mount Gurten there is a motor traffic prohibited, visitors to the park and to the top are delivered by an ancient funicular, whose history begins in 1899 .
