Recall that a month ago the State Duma adopted amendments to the law "On Enforcement Proceedings", providing for permission to travel abroad to citizens with a sum of money debt up to 10 thousand rubles . The importance of the legislative act is that now law-abiding citizens of Russia can pass the passport control with calm spirit, without fearing that a scanty debt may hang in a couple of hundred rubles . Earlier even a small monetary the amount could become a reason for refusing to the debtor to travel abroad .
