Feodosia was one of the cities most beloved by Alexander Greene. The writer moved to this part of the Crimea in 1924, where they created the Golden Circuit, Running on the Waves, The Road to Nowhere, well-known stories.

The Romantic lived in the house on Galereynaya, 10 until 1929. Now in this ancient building there is a literary-memorial museum. The decision to create it was made in 1966. The foundation of the museum was in 1970.

The Green Museum is adorned with a fabulous relief panel - on the side wall of the house there is a real "Brigantine."

The oak door leads into the rooms, and the rooms themselves are holds, ship cabins. The exposition of the unusual museum will tell not only about the life of Alexander Green, but also the world in which the heroes of his works exist

You can visit the Alexander Green Museum in Feodosia any day of the week, except Monday, from 10:00 to 18:00. It is worthwhile to specify in advance the visit program on the site: the writer's house often becomes a venue for meetings with musicians, poets and artists.

I was very impressed Museum A. Green in Feodosia. He is not big, a small group of 10 people walks along the corridors with a side-by-side guide, since it is not possible to fit in the rooms of ordinary residential buildings with comfort. But very interesting with its set of exhibits. Advice - it is better to read about this museum in advance, and to walk by yourself, without a group, you will see and feel more. At the entrance you are greeted by a symbolic compass, with the name of the house where the writer "Greenland" lived.
