Orientation at the resort

Agde actually consists of three parts . Old Agde - a historical settlement on the banks of the river Hero . It was about him that Marco Polo once responded as a "black pearl of the Mediterranean Sea" . Agd - the commercial and administrative center of the resort, however and there are quite a few resort hotels . Grau-d'Agd - a picturesque fishing port located to the south- apadu from Agda, which is understandable, on the seashore . And finally, actually Cap d'Agde is a noisy resort on the cape, one part of which is quite puritanical, and the second is completely naturist (see, do not mix!)

4 things, which must be done in Cap d'Agde
  1. Remove the swimsuit and swimming trunks and feel like Eva and Adam, respectively.
  2. Wander through the ancient streets of Agda among the mansions built from the volcano.
  3. See the collection of night pots in the Museum of Agathua.
  4. Take an excursion to Fort Bresk.

Transport in the city

According to Cap d'Agde, it is convenient to move on foot - especially this refers to the naturist part of the resort, which is a separate mini-city "without formalities." It is convenient to use buses to travel between the three parts of the global resort. Six routes cover Agde and the surroundings, from which, for tourists, the most popular are No. 3 and No. 4, connecting the western and eastern Cap d'Agde with the city center. Also, an additional ring route running between all the beaches of the resort is very convenient here

About 14 km of the beaches of Cap d'Agde, about two are given to the nudists

Cap d'Agde hotels

If you are committed to naturist ideology, we certainly recommend staying in the proper nude part of Cap d'Agde. The complex consists of several residential areas: the Helio-Marine camping site, the residences Port Nature, Heliopolis, Helio Village, Port Ambonne, Port Soleil and the three-star Eve hotel. In all residences apartments are rented (they belong to private individuals) of any capacity - from 2 to 6 people. The naturist Cap d'Agde is a real city in the city, whose purpose is to take the tourist, undress him and leave him naked until the departure. Accordingly, there is no need to go out to the city for vacationers in Cap d'Agde: there are more than 50 cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops on the territory of the nudist complex.

However, this is not a reason to go all the rest without clothes: the port of Grau-d'Agde is "kuchkuyutsya" excellent fish restaurants, which certainly should get out on the evening or two. Well, on an excursion to ancient Agda, be sure to look in "Lou Pescadu" - here they serve a fixed fixed menu of five dishes already since 1956. Do not forget about the Languedoc "appellation" - local wines wonder how good!

Cap d'Agde - zero conventions!

Entertainment, excursions and attractions Cap-d'Agda

Running without panties is the main entertainment in Cap d'Agde. However, speaking seriously, there are quite a few non-Nudist options for pastime, for example, sightseeing of interesting sights that are unexpectedly interesting for such an untied place.

In Agde, which is 26 centuries old, it is worth taking a walk along the picturesque city center, its narrow narrow streets, paved cobblestones, and cozy squares . The dark color of stone buildings is due to a specific building material - a volcanic rock from the slopes of the volcano Agde. Among the architectural masterpieces is the Cathedral of Saint-Etienne of the 12th century, reminiscent of its massive massive medieval fortress. The Agathua Museum, which occupies the building of the 17th century mansion, contains all sorts of things that tell about the history and traditions of the region - from original furniture and costumes 17 -18 centuries before the stuffed birds and quite an amazing collection of night vases. And the Ephebe Museum is dedicated to the ancient era - here you can see a collection of underwater finds, Greek amphorae and coins and a significant collection of bronze ware.

Also in the Cap d'Agde is the Aquarium, where the inhabitants of the Mediterranean and tropical seas are represented.

2 km from the coastline of the resort on the volcanic island is Fort Brescu, built in 1586. You can get here during an organized excursion from the port of Cap d'Agde.
